A Deploi endorsement showcases your dedication to veteran well-being and positions your organization as a leader in creating inclusive environment, making it an exemplary model in its sector.
The tailored process begins with a Multiple-choice questionnaire (MCQ) to gauge how your organization currently supports veterans, followed by a detailed discussion to understand the depth and intent behind their policies. The final stage involves a customised training module, developed in response to specific feedback and needs, aimed at providing actionable strategies for enhancement.

Stage 1: Assessment
Objective: To evaluate current practices in supporting veterans across institutions.
Method: Institutions complete a set of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) covering key themes such as mental health support, training, and integration.
Outcome: This stage generates an initial score and highlights areas for improvement.
Stage 2: Consultation
Objective: To gain deeper insights into the MCQ responses.
Method: A detailed discussion is conducted with representatives from the institution to understand the context behind their policies and practices.
Outcome: Provides qualitative insights that complement the initial assessment, offering a comprehensive view of the institution’s approach to veteran support.
Stage 3: Enablement
Objective: To provide institutions with tailored strategies for improvement.
Method: Based on the insights from the MCQ assessment and follow-up discussion, institutions engage with customized training modules. These modules focus on effectively understanding and supporting veterans.
Outcome: Institutions develop and implement an action plan to enhance their veteran support practices, with the goal of improving their endorsement level.
Endorsement Tiers
Upon completion of the comprehensive process, institutions earn a Bronze, Silver, or Gold Deploi badge, reflective of their overall veteran support commitment and practices.
A key requirement for any level of endorsement is the establishment of a veteran support system within the institution. This non-negotiable criterion ensures a foundational level of veteran care, integral to receiving the Deploi endorsement.

Bronze
The Bronze level signifies the foundational steps in building a supportive environment for veterans, representing an initial commitment to their integration and well-being.
Silver
The Silver level signifies a significant advancement in creating a supportive environment for veterans, symbolising a higher level of achievement and institutional commitment.
Gold
The Gold level represents the highest standard of commitment to veteran support, signifying excellence and leadership in the field. Institutions with a Gold endorsement are viewed as exemplary models for others.
